I'm sure many of you have come across scenarios where the console screen will be small once you access the certification exam. It does not fit into the actual screen size and would be very difficult to read/work on that screen.
We were asked to try pressing Ctrl++ and try changing the resolution in settings. However, trying Ctrl++ will only increase the font size but the screen size would still remain the same.
To get the screen to fit to the actual screen size, try Ctrl++ when inside the chat window with the proctor. (As if you're going to type something in the chat window). Try Ctrl++ there within the chat window and that would increase the console screen size and fit to the actual screen size.
This had worked with few candidates. Good to know information before taking a remote exam.
