EX188 Nightmare
Greetings ,
I have been trying to purchase an EX188 exam using credit card , everytime 500$ is deducted and get the error: We are unable to process this order as there was a problem with your credit card , if there is a problem with my credit card why was 500 $ deducted ?? I get into this situation everytime I try to purchase a redhat exam , support not replying to my emai as well. this is totally not expected from a company like redhat , Any help from you guys is much appreciated.

@Ibraheem The error can be because of many reasons for example ; error from payment gateway side or error from Red Hat side or may be the issue is due to the location ( country ) of purchase etc.
