EX342 exam

Hello,

I'm going to book the EX342 exam, but I see there're two codes in my options:

Red Hat EX342K 
Red Hat EX342V84K 

Objectives are the same for both exams?. What's the meaning of the code? Is EX342K based on rhel7 and EX342V84K based on rhel8?

EX342K - RHEL 7.1
EX342V84K - RHEL 8.4
Objectives should be the same, not sure if the older one can still be booked
