Extend validity of EX280 certification

Hi, I have earned the EX280 certification, which is set to expire on October 21, 2025.

If I take the upper-level version of RHOCP exams, such as EX316 or EX288, can it extend the validity of my EX280 certification?

Please confirm.

For the renewal of the EX280 certification, you need to retake and pass EX280 itself.

Passing other certifications will not extend the active duration of EX280 or any other certification.

@a369 As explained by @RH-Yamato very correctly - you cannot extend EX280 cert validation by passing any other examination. 

You will have to clear EX280 for the same.
