Each time I earned a Red Hat certification, I felt proud of myself and shared my happiness with my colleagues and family.
I first forward the results to my family , close friends and mentors. Then update my Linkedin profile and maybe treat myself to something nice to get me hyped up and motivated for the next course. And lastly look back to the challenges (past fails and time management in the exam) and fix those in preparation for the next exam so I don't panic and keep up with the momentum.

Tasking myself to earn the certifications is self-gratifying, but sharing the progress with my team hopefully stimulates interest in their self improvement...
Watching linkedin notifications after share the cert.
I recently cleared RHCE exam on 12/12/2024 and obtained RHCE certification. I was thrilled and excited. I shared my achievements with my friends and colleagues. I also updated my professional profiles to reflect this achievement. This is my simple celebration.
I proudly share these achievements with my connections on LinkedIn, like sasachde. Also, always bring a cake to the company to threat my colleagues and we toast to celebrate that.
