How Does RHCE (EX294) Beneficial For My Career?

I want to ask this questions because i want to get certified for Enterprise Linux 8. and someone recommend me RHCE (EX294) certification. can anyone guide me how can we start and which things and topics we need to do first? i am waiting for you opinion.

@alinamikel528 DO NOT share any illegal exam cert dumps from third party websites -those are not only unethical but also an illegal copyright infringement which can attract legal consequences along with forfeiture of passed Red Hat exam certificates and future blacklisting from taking any Red Hat exams.
