Why does scheduling for an exam have to be such a pain ???? I bought RHCSA(EX200K) exam on Saturday and today is Tuesday 11:30pm and still I am not able to schedule the exam. The link I received from Red Hat just takes me to this greetings screen. I have never experienced this type of delay from other companies like AWS, Google, Mirosoft ....etc. Please improve your workflow.
I bought the exam through the official vendor in Costa Rica.
Now, I called to check the state and the transaccion was done. I am waiting action from RedHat. Being honest so far I have had a terrible experience with this process.
First pay for it back in August, schedule on Sept. For some unknown reason they applied to me exam version 7. I was able to pass it since I studied for version 7 and version 8. I was planning to apply version 8 in october since I was prepared for version 8. Wait surprisse !!!!, change the topics and included containers. Had to expend another month to getting access to the course that was offered with the change of the topics, also expend even more time to study the new topic.
Now, I access scheduler and the exam is not listed to schedule it. For something that I paid again like 15 days ago.
At this point I am wondering if doing the RCSA exam is some sort of joke for Redhat. Again, log a case to see if I can get some support on this. Not happy at all with the whole process. It takes time, money and effort. The procedure to do is unnecessary difficult with posible changes at any random point in time.
Hi, I'm in the UK, purchased EX200V8K yesterday - roughly 24hrs ago - but all I've received is one email with a broken link. How long before I can access the scheduler?
thanks I have raised a ticket. but this thread does not make for good reading... i've got half a mind to cancel it and get a refund.
Hello , I am in Canada. I am getting the same broken link message. I am still waiting for the schedule message. It is a terrible experience.
Sooo... I got into the scheduler, to find absolutely no available slots until week of 14th March. That's just crazy. RH really should give people access to the scheduler before they purchase - like pretty much what every other exam scheduler does...
It is updating time to time.same thing happened to me check the slots regularly.if you want to get a early slot Contact redhat support they will help you.fill below form explain your
