It is unclear if you are trying to enroll for an exam as included in a Red Hat Learning Subscribtion Standard, or to purchase a standalone exam, and what kind of exam you want to take (classroom or individual).
The link you mention is to purchase EX200 as a standalone exam. If it is what you are trying to do indeed, have you actually managed to purchase your exam already ? Please share more details about how exactly you end up on that contact-us page.
The Red Hat Individual Exam Scheduler mentioned by JS_Learning is to schedule an individual exam, once it has been purchased (or just registered, within a Red Hat Learning Subscription Standard).

I've tried after an hour, and still can't see anything. Maybe it's not available on weekends, gonna try on Monday.
On May 15th, 2020, I've bought two exams and am unable to plan one of those exams. I'm able to log in into the scheduling tool (using a link found in this thread). But all I get is the "Greetings" screen saying that my account doesn't have any exams available.
I never got a mail that I should be able to schedule an exam.
And yes, the account used to buy the exams is the same as I use to schedule such an exam.
And Red Hat is a master in unreachability.
What can I do to resolve this?

I'm also having a problem trying to schedule my exam. I bought my voucher back in November 2020 and still haven't received any information about scheduling the exam, nor do I know where to go to do so. Can you please help with this?
Check your spam folder... that's where my confirmation email ended up. Otherwise raise a ticket with training support:
