I'm having issue with a lab for a course.
I cannot create a ticket from the course itself (I get an error message while trying to do it).
Is there a way to get support ? I'm completely stuck.
I think you should be able to file a support ticket under https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/ , your product should probably be "Red Hat Online Learning" or "Red Hat Learning Subscription", if such thing appears on your menu.
