I booked my EX288V45 remote exam for today Dec 29, but I was unable to complete the exam.
I loaded the image and before begin I ran (as required) the compatibility check which pass sucessfully.
While talking to the proctor he told me my microphone was not working. I've tried rebooting and change the audio input setting a couple of time. I also tried another computer without any luck.
I've contacted by support team and performed the suggested action (reboot and change audio settings), but didn't work either.
I tried on 2 different computer:
- MacBook Pro 2017
- MacBook White 2010
I'd like to reschedule the exam to a future date. How can I do that?
