While practicing on the home terminal, redhat v9.3.
Deleted init image. of 9.3, now I want to restore but I'm unable to do so.
I rebooted the system in rescue kernel mode.
cd /boot
What the next step should I do?

You can try to boot one of the older kernels, and then run:
dnf reinstall -y kernel-core-VERSION
