Missed Due to Scheduling Confusion - EX200 no show

I unfortunately missed my scheduled EX200 exam due to a misunderstanding with the AM/PM time format when rescheduling. I had no intention of missing the exam and to schedule exam at night . I know now , realized the error too late. Any advise if redhat team can give a chance to reassign exam again ?

@Dumbuser I dont think this will be exempted, but you can try raising the support case to the exam support team :
