Missing options on courses page , such as download ebooks, feedback, version

When the course page loads (the same thing happened to me in the 3 courses I did do280, do288 and do180) for an instant I see options such as download ebooks, feedback, translations, version and the second the course page loads me only with the translations option.
And if I want to download the ebook of the course I don't have that option.

Unfortunately I cannot open a support case either, because on the course page in the option to load a case, the select from catalog option does not display any option

I am having the same issue in multiple browsers. The page loads for a moment with more options, then they disappear. Earlier today the banner did stay for a while and informed me that there was a new version of my course available, but now I am unable to go back to it. Translations is my only option.
