My RHCSA 9 Study Notes

Hey!

I'm working my way towards the RHCSA certification and I'm documenting all my studies on GitHub. Hopefully it will help someone else. It's a work in progress so remember to check back in and see the new stuff I'll be adding if you are interested.

I'm hopefully taking the exam in January if all goes well.

Did you take it and pass?

Also, what study guide are you using? I’m trying to find one now.

No I'm taking the exam in a couple of months. Had other certs I had to finish first. I'm using https://www.oreilly.com/ for all my learning. I would personally never use "Brain dumps" or "Exam dumps".

I've been using RHEL 6 and 7 at work (8 years) since that's what our application supports, and I've decided to get my RHCSA...

I just found your notes, and they are amazing! I'm also finding that there are a lot of differences that I have never used in these..... Making me feel like a newbie again...

I see I have a lot to study up on. Thank you very much for your notes. They have already helped me on my path.

Minor errata on github: Boot Procedure.md > line 40: states "Let's say we are running in a multi-user.target (GUI) and we want to"

I believe multi-user.target is not GUI.
