Need help Upgrade RHEL 6.9 to RHEL 7.0

I have server with OS RHEL 6.9 , and Oracle Database 11.2.0.3

I need to upgrade OS to RHEL 7.0

Please, anyone can help me, 

I need guidance step by step to upgrade
