I faced the same issue while downloading. I'm based in Malaysia fyi.
So I created a Windows AWS instance (U.S region) and then downloaded the iso using that. Later used google drive to download it into my laptop. If there's an easy way, please let me know.

you can directly download the iso to your local drive and bun it to usb using fedora media writer App. Use the link below to download the image and try again.

@AnithaRaaji the issue was extremely slow download speeds when downloading the iso directly. It was showing 2-3 days to complete the download.
What I did was a workaorund.
RH had an issue yesterday with their backend apps. Is it persiosting? I guess not... Let me know
Hi, I am using the above iso file with fedora writer and looks like fedora is not able to create bootable USB . However it worked wll with older iso file which i had downloaded 8 months earlier. I am using window OS.
Any suggestion how I can write the with new iso file? with old iso file, when i ran compatibility test, its giving some red flag on streaming and iso warning. So I am hesitant to go with my older iso file.
