Not get certificate of attendance

After completing all the courses I'm not able to download certificate of attendance why?

Please open this URL on your web browser https://learn.redhat.com/ and login with your RHN credentials

• On the top right corner, click on your account icon and select "My Profile"
• Click on "View completed courses" button, and now you would be able to download the Certificate of Attendance (COA) for all the completed courses

@HIMANSHU-123 If the above does not work please log a support ticket using the support tab at the ROL homepage.

@HIMANSHU-123 if you are a RHA learner, log in to the learning portal and then go to your profile and check for those certs, otherwise please log a support case.
