Not getting certificate of attendance for completed courses

I've completed both Red Hat System Administration I 8.0 and Red Hat Application Development I: Programming in Java EE 7.0 courses but never got their certificates of attendance. How can I get them?

If using Red Hat Learning Subscription they become available after having gone through more than 75% of the course content. There should be a "Certificate of attendance" button at the top right on the course page. If not I suppose you would need to contact Red Hat support.
