Hello @Rafal_0 !
Congratulations on passing RHCSA exam!
You need to download your certificate from Credly. You can signup / login to credly (https://www.credly.com/earner/dashboard ) to get your certificate in pdf format. You should wait 24 - 48 hrs after you have received exam results to be able to download the certificate from Credly.
If you are facing any issues in downloading the certificate from there, please raise a support case here : https://rhtapps.redhat.com/comments

@Rafal_0 Awesome news, may congratulations!!
Hey Rafal,
I have taken the preliminary exam as well as the actual EX200 and I've managed to fail despite knowing the material and successfully applying nearly all of it. I got a few "0%s" on the exam when I was nearly certain I had a decent score in those sections. For example, the networking section was one of those 0%s and I not only configured the networking but also confirmed in multiple ways that this configuration was in fact stored. What do you think I'm missing? The feedback on these exams is awful because it's so general and they refuse to offer even the smallest of feedback, like "verify with reboot" or something like this. I'm just looking for some level of feedback that would help me because I know I have a grasp on the information and application of the material.
Hello @joeschmoh !
Totally understand the point here ! However, you can ponder over the below points :
Copy-paste is your friend: When entering names, items, or commands, directly copy and paste from the exam instructions into the command window or web interface. Even minor typos, different case, or spacing can be marked incorrect.
Double-check the target: Avoid mistakes! Confirm you're working on the correct system before making any configuration changes. Using different command shells with distinct profiles can help you stay organized.
Perseverance Matters: Think beyond immediate tasks: Ensure your changes persist through reboots, whether by scripting automation or setting appropriate configuration/ policies. This shows you understand the long-term impact of your actions.
Clarity Matters: Location, location, location: Double-check that saved files and created folders reside in the exact directory and with the precise names specified in the exam question.
Objective matters: Read the questions properly to understand the objective of the question which you need to meet exactly to get the full marks there.
Instructions matter: Exam instructions are really important - it contains the full information about the exam environment and the details about user and password and system details - which you have to follow and that will help you in solving the queries properly.
Got a question? Speak up! If an exam question is unclear or ambiguous, use the provided "submit feedback" button to report the issue during exam. Your input helps improve future exams.
For any exam score grading related query, the only option to raise that is : https://rhtapps.redhat.com/comments
You can refer this community for queries of this type where we have discussed such scenarios ( ofcourse NDA is non negotiable ! ) - I have shared the crux of those posts.
