I attempted to pay for EX280 today. I was debited but I got an error my card could not be charged. Kindly advice on how to get this sorted.

Thanks. I contacted them and they adviced my bank will reverse the transaction in 24 hours. They are yet to reverse it but I have formally logged a complaint.
