Problems with labs environment

I have problems starting and recreating the labs for RH403. 

I get the following:

Project id: fa6a12f20d4f4ed1951652011aa0b480

Project name: ole-4d5d74f1-2d93-4074-9e1b-b8c7a83c0809

Project state: failed

Lab definition id: rh403-6.15

Published region: emea

openstack region: eu-central-1

Already create a case but no answer yet. The problem is there for 7 hours already. Is there a way to get support on this in the weekend?

Just got a message from Red Hat to try again and now it works.

Thanks for bringing this up in the Learning Community. There was an outage over the weekend that affected some labs, but it has now been resolved. If you’re still experiencing issues, the best next step is to raise a support ticket directly in the Learning portal so the team can review your case and share the right options to help you move forward.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I did create a ticket via ROL but haven't gotten a straight answer yet. From my post I looks like a lot of labs had problems. I also would like to propose that ROL would get a status page which can show the health of the environment. Something like: https://status.redhat.com/

@Dennisvandervee yes we had an outage and lots of labs were affected which was resolved yesterday. Also thanks for your feedback regarding the status page- I will forward it to the concerned team.
