My company based in Algeria want to purchase me (01) one "RedHat Learning subscription Premium"

Because its difficult to pay international bank transfer method , I want to know please if you have any local partner in Algeria who can sell in Algeria (01) one subscription "RedHat Learning subscription Premium" 

As alternative could you please tell me if any local partner in Algeria can sell  45training unit 

My goal is to find a local partner in Algeria who accept payment whith local currency DZD
