can boot into the exam environment and do the compatibility test without
any problems. (Do it at least a week ago to ensure your environment is
ready and you will get enough time to test and reschedule exams in case of
any issues).
The Windows OS doesn't matter here as you will be using an isolated OS from
the USB.
I Hope this helps.

I previously faced this problem and when I contacted the Red Hat Exam Support, they guided me to use the old ISO, and by doing so, the old ISO worked fine and I was able to take the exam.
I did not like the old ISO and after some time, I tried the new ISO and it worked fine which I used in my remaining exams normally.

Hi
I need to buy a new set of keyboard and mouse that are wired, but if I go for a mouse like the Logitech MX Vertical which can both be connected by wire and at other times wireless will it be accepted if I use the wired connection when taking the exam?

- We know the stability issues of mobile data
- You are not allowed to keep the mobile nearby!
- What if you get calls during the exam? (yes you can mute it but the data
connection may break)
So try to attend the exam with a stable internet connection..
