Hi,
I'm Sudip. I have only two usb ports in my laptop. I used external webcam for one port and mouse for another port.
So after usb boot, can I remove the usb so that I can use mouse in that port ???
No. You'd better look into getting/borrowing a USB hub.
EDIT, correction: The manual for the exam environment tells you on page 23 that you can in fact remove the USB drive. -> https://www.redhat.com/rhdc/managed-files/tr-remote-exams-preparation-ebook-f27382-202103-en_2.pdf
Hello, I have a laptop for the exam but exam iso doesn't see microphone and speaker. I also have my personal laptop but it's keyboard doesn't work and I don't have a monitor since using external keyboard requires secondary display device. So I decided to go with laptop 1. But i need exam supported external microphone and speaker. Do you know any exam iso compatible devices that i can buy?
Anything webcam that is marked as having Linux work will work (Ideally, you would have a webcam that auto-focus). Personally, I have good success with Logitech webcams.
Hello,
I use logitech C930e without any issue.
I am trying to get getting ready document pdf but can't find it. I tried clicking on the https://www.redhat.com/rhdc/managed-files/tr-remote-exams-preparation-ebook-f27382-202103-en_2.pdf but can't download it or see the document. I trie dit from 2 different machines.
I am able to access the document. It is possible that it is just an temporary issue with the site.
Is there a way you can email me the document?
I don't need it as I was able to get it from support
