Hello ,
I am having a issue with my laptop internal microphone ,but headset microphone is working fine . In this case can to use my headset right do I need to take any prior approval from support team ?
Thank you.
Hello @Sraone
You are allowed to use a wired USB headset with an inbuilt mic, however, the headset needs to be kept on the desk throughout the exam. The proctor will communicate via chat and make sure to pass the mic test successfully in the Compatibility check as the proctor will need to listen/monitor your surroundings.
NOTE : Keep the proctor informed that you have connected a wired USB headset during Onboarding
Do I need to have access to my e-mail during or before the exam?
Because I am taking the exam at home, and don't have access to my work mail.
Good point, thank you!
Hello,
dose anyone know how to make bigger content of question paper in remote exam?
Hello @Sandybrar !
Do you mean the display resolution ? You can change the setting during the ISO exam boot when you are presented with setting your network, sound, mouse etc under resolution / display : you can choose 200% or 300%.
For the browser resolution where you get the questions, you can do so by clicking the zoom option ( Click the menu button on the right end in your browser tab. The Firefox menu will open, and you will see the zoom controls at the bottom )
