Hi,
I Have a Windows mini pc with 1 external web camera. Do I need to get another web camera or will that be enough?
Hi @Raghu_Tekumudi ,
You only need one external webcamera for the exam.
When I download the Live OS image, burn it to USB, It can not boot "not booatble", there is a partition in the USB, gets encrypted and asking for a passphrase to unlock, the same while trying to manually mount the ISO file
Hi @MohamedS ,
This behavior can occur when you try to mount the bootable image on your existing OS. Do you see this error while live booting into the USB?
For real-time assistance, I would recommend contacting the support team via the means described in your exam confirmation email.
Regards,
Hello.
I am unable to boot in to the RH Exam environment using the provided .iso file. I've downloaded the .iso from: https://static.redhat.com/downloads/training-certification/rhrexboot.iso
When I boot via USB to this .iso, I am loaded in to a simple grub menu, instead of the exam environment shown in the instructions.
Is there a different or updated .iso I should be using?
Thank you!
I downloaded this one a couple of days ago:
https://static.redhat.com/downloads/training-certification/rhrexboot.iso
used rufus to write it to a usb drive, and i can confirm it works fine when booted to a 10 year old laptop and passes all the device tests. I have not tried to boot it to my latest gen gaming pc, i suspect i may encounter problems. ready for my test on tuesday.
Thanks, what is the MD5 checksum of your downloaded file?
Thanks for your reply. Here is the checksum of my iso:
