I became an RHCA more than two months ago but I haven't received my gift pack. I had provided all the details and received a confirmation email from brandfuel. I opened a case with the certification team,and they told me to reach out to "training-in@redhat.com". I've sent them multiple emails but haven't received any response from them.
Can anyone please help me out? Who should I contact for this query?

Thank you for your response. When I reached out to the certification team (ticket# RHt1956040), they asked me check with "training-in@redhat.com". I sent them multiple emails but I didn't receive any response from them.
