RHCE Cert Renewal Query

I had passed RHCSA exam back in October 2021(cert is still valid till Oct 2024) during that time I purchased the voucher through my personal red hat account ID . Now I have Red hat learning subscription on my work email account so any exam I need to take need to be done through my work account.

So my question is if I give my RHCE exam and pass that will my RHCSA exam expiry will also be renewed as those certs are on different accounts or is there something we can do as the person is same( its me) it’s just 2 different accounts.

Hello @Cloud_Dev 

It would renew both certifications If you pass the RHCE exam with an active RHCSA. However, an active RHCSA it's a requirement to get the RHCE badge.

I strongly recommend you use the same certification id when you take the exam or raise a ticket with the certification team to merge both certification ids.
