dear friend,

As i know, to become RHCI in each country the RedHat partner institutes organize a workshop with the help of the regional head office. The training session was conducted with the objective of awarding the trainers the Red Hat Certified Instructor (RHCI) status in order to be qualified to train the students. Tools and techniques to successfully deliver good and interactive training sessions involving student’s emotions, as well as their minds were also delivered during the training. For further details, please contact the Redhat support team.
