I recently appeared in RHCSA EX200. I got 200 marks. I mailed the support team for clarification on my exam result and found out that they were not able to reboot my node2 machine for grading. 200 were only from my node1. I did everything right. There is only one file that I modify in node2 which is 'fstab' file. I checked and rebooted the system multiple times before ending the exam. So far, the system rebooted normally without any issues, and all mount points from 'fstab' entries were working fine. I don't get why node2 did not start while grading but working fine for me in the exam ? I shut down the node2 at the end of my exam, will that be the cause of this issue?
Hello,
I'm in a very similar situation I also scored 200 but used UUID in fstab
and I cannot understand what was wrong, I used the form to ask
clarifications, hope to have a response that makes me undestand
what was wrong

I just retake the exam and scored 300/300. As far as i understood, the issue was shutdown the node2 at the end of exam. Last time i shutdown my node2 at the end of exam and my node2 did not start for grading. This time i did not shutdown and left both nodes running. Everything work out fine. Nobody have any clue why this happen.
I just got mail from redhat certification team. There was issue with there update that caused the misconfiguration of the system. They re-checked my scores and I passed. The problem is that I had already purchased another voucher and passed the exam. Now they are saying my previous attempt result was also passed. RedHat's mistake cost me another voucher (for which i had to borrow money from a friend). It's so frustrating now. I want compensation for this but don't know the process. Anybody know, please let me know what should i do.

I was expecting this, I had a similar experience years ago with EX413.
At the time, I also took and failed the exam twice, after which it was discovered that I had passed both exams. A change to the exam by Red Hat themselves had caused my grading to be incorrect.
At the time, the exam team gave me a voucher for any other Red Hat exam, as compensation.
The problem is that you already paid for three vouchers and I do not know if you want to take another exam any time soon.
You can do two things:
1. Contact the sales team to get a refund on the unused voucher code. Clearly reference the ticket / emails from the exam team.
2. Contact the exam team, to get refunds for both the unused voucher and the second exam.
Or, maybe @Deanna knows of alternative ways of getting this situation fixed.
Hi @harpreet_s47 ,
the same happened to me, I've got the email this morning.
Lucky me I didn't retry/buy another voucher yet
Hope you'll fix even the refund part
