Hello, you can book the exam anywhere and take it from anywhere. It is up to you.
Just mind there are restrictions in some countries:

But it should not be your case. Be careful about the time zones and time, when scheduling.
Also, it is better to run the compatibility test from the actual location you plan to take the exam from, to make sure the network is not restricted.
