RHCSA Rapid Track Lab not starting

Hello, 

Treid to resume LAB but VMs were showing state stopped and on top state was started. Manully starting didn't work either. deleted LAB and created again, now stuck on creating. 

classroom VM in delete state since long time and no progress further.

any idea ?

For the issue, you are facing I would suggest raising a support ticket with Learner Experience team at access.redhat.com (choose Product as "Red Hat Online Learning")
