For questions about remote repo (AppStream and BaseOS), does redhad provide login and password for these repository registrations or do they not need to be registered?

The easy answer is this:

They will provide everything you need to complete the exam.

If a username / password is needed to access a repository (or a container registry), it will be provided. (How can they not?)

I agree with @Tracy_Baker here ! Whatever extra information required is provided ( if it is needed ) - you do not have to worry about that.
