I recommend you to contact training@redhat.com  and they can help you with how to get onboarded for a training. 

They will let you know about course documents which you need to follow for the same. 

AFAIK, You wont find any course specific for RHCSA on any platform other than Red Hat learning portals.

I would personally not use any of the courses on Udemy. I have the highest rated one for the RHCSA and it's not good.

I would recommend oreilly.com. Get a subscription from them, they have all the info you need to pass the RHCSA and many other exams. Check out the material from Sander Van Vugt on O'Reilly.

I would like to have a Red Hat Learning Subscription but unfortunately I can't swing it

I would agree, O'reilly is great for study and questions for the RHCSA and did take the course from Sander Van Vugt on O'Reilly.  Really great instructor, we got deep into labs and questions pertaining to the exam!
