No, no access yet,
When through the purchase process, it was charged 0 dollars.
Received multiple confirmations emails
However, under: rol.redhat.com
The course is not listed, nor in the search nor on my subscribtions
I can see it on https://training-lms.redhat.com/. However, it indicates the course cannot be launch
Please let me know if I am missing any step.
You aren't missing a step, there is a slight delay from when you purchase to when you are granted access due to the high demand of orders for this course, but the team is working on granting access as quickly as possible!
I've sent to that e-mail 4 times now, they have said they have escalated (and 2 weeks with no reply) I've received 3 e-mails from redhat saying I have access to the free containers training, and yet when I click it I have to pay. This has been going on for almost a month and I still don't have access. I'm really confused by what the problem is here, and why it's been so hard for Red Hat to resolve.
I have sent an e-mail to rht134deltasupport@redhat.com to get the free course. How many days will it take before I will get an answer?
I managed to get the free course, I paid 0€, but now when I go to my learning courses, I get this page for the course, and I have two questions:
hello??
Hi, there is a delay from when you purchase the course to when you are granted access, due to the high volumes of orders for this course. Sorry for any confusion, but since your purchase went through, it should be completed soon!
Okay I will patiently wait, even if I don't understand what is causing this delay. Those are registered videos aren't they? So after a purchase they should be available after a few minutes..
Once the course is added, you are then leveraging the RHLS (Red Hat Learning Subscription) or the ROLE environment. In order to access the course content (assuming the access has been granted and the rights have been added to your account), you should be able to access the Red Hat Online Learning Environment (ROLE) at the following address:
You should be able to sign into that address and have access to the content in that course.
Hope this helps,
