Did anyone manage to get access in the end? I emailed and was told they couldn't see my eligibility, despite having received several invitation emails AND matching the eligiblity requirements provided.
Hi,
Thanks for sharing your experience with it.
Could you tell me how you re-subscribed to RHEL? Not sure what this means exactly.
What this access guide misses is that one needs at least 7-day trial Learning subscription in order to access the course.
I would really expect that to be mentioned, since rol.readhat.com lets you login even without subscription and shows no error messages.
I'm feeling a bit exasperated from the nil response from rht134deltasupport@redhat.com. Hope to be able to find assistance here.
My course was purchased back on 8th October via the LMS at $0, as I took the RH134 course back in February. I will be scheduling an exam this November after the whole COVID kerfuffle (exam centers closed, last-minute job assignments) plus the new adjustment in exam objectives.
The support from the Red Hat Access portal left my open case hanging for a few days and this module does affect the exam experience as time is needed to revise these.
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
I'm not sure how to help with this yet, but I will send a few e-mails internally. I'm wondering if you can access it directly by the link or if you can search for RHCSA within RHLS and have access. I've pasted the link below.

Let me know if this method works,
Travis
It does not work
Hi Travis and Germano, that's quick. Appreciate your efficiency in this, thanks.
No dice, the direct link threw what looks like an unauthorized access error
I've already sent an internal e-mail. I was just hoping that the direct link would fix it and thought it would be worth a try. If I hear something back soon, I will definitely update my post.

Hi everyone, Thank you for voicing your concerns. I hope that everyone's individual access is resolved, if not - please message me directly and I will validate your access with our support team. Unfortunately the process to grant access is not instant for this RH training material and there is a team working through granting all access. The team is limited and working as fast as possible to get through the list, but it is an extensive list of users to grant access. I can assure you we are working through this as quickly as possible.
Thank you,
Kiersten Grey
