We will be hosting a monthly challenge where community members who engage and contribute have the chance to win unique badges in the Red Hat Learning Community!

May Challenge: We hope you have set some goals for yourself to accomplish in 2023. Why don't you share them with this community and encourage other too? (It can be technical, professional or even personal goals!)

This year will be a new path in my career. I Plan to get my RHCA certificate. After this I will be focused on being specialized with the products we use.

2023 learning Goals:

• Learn OpenShift 
• Monitoring and security

This month I got ex188 certification! Now I am studying to take the exams for ex482 and ex378.

My 2023 goals :

• Learn about containers and pass the EX188 
• Get Knowledge about system administration and pass the EX200
• Dive into Ansible
• Hopefully begin my journey towards Event Driven Application development to prepare for my 2024 goals (AD183, AD482, DO280).

• Learn DO180 (Kubernetes)
• Learn DO 280 (Openshift)

Oh, I've got a bit of a list, for 2023! And I've already cleared off a few things.

So far I've already passed:

1. PDSO CTMP threat modeling exam
2. ISO27001 lead implementer certification

I will be teaching Linux+ and a DevSecOps intro class this year.

Plus I'm working towards:

1. Having my first trainee / apprentice in my company.
2. Red Hat EX188, to quickly renew my RHCE.
3. Check out TCMSec's PNPT exam.
4. Check out LFCS, for my students. 
5. Go for the Python foundational developer exam.

I aim to obtain certifications in the following exams:

1. Preliminary Exam in Red Hat OpenStack Administration (PE110K) - 

2. Red Hat Certified Cloud-native Developer Exam (EX378K) 

3. Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator Exam (EX280K) 

And I Need to imrpove my programing skills. Python the the beast i'm going to tame.
