Red Hat Digital Badge

Hello everyone.
I recently passed the EX374 but still been issued a digital badge. I contacted Red Hat and no viable solution so far. I also contacted Credly but they are saying they can’t find it that Red Hat has to issue it but Red hat saying Credly has to. Now I’m confused.

@Martin_kpade weird, did you get any advise / help  from the exam support team  ?

generally the digital cert/badge is issued post 24-48 hours after you clear the exam in the credly website.

Yes and it’s been more than 24 hours since I passed the exam.

Noo, so far the only team responding well is Credly. Red hat support team
keeps saying it will take another 3 to 5 days and nothing else..

ohk @Martin_kpade really appreciate your patience in this regard, as far as I have seen, for some learners it did take 72 hours or so , not all the time but yes sometimes. I will recommend or rather advice you to wait for another 24 hours and then if you did not get the same - contact the exam support again. They will surely help you.
