Red Hat Exam Environment Not Booting

 Hi !

I have a DELL Precision 5520 and when booting the latest USB image, it gets directly into the GRUB menu.

I tried to type exit, but then it boots back to the OS I have on the hard drive.

Thanks for the help

Hi @vorysium

You can verify if secure boot is disabled and proceed further.

No,. It cannot be the Secure Boot, if the computer started to boot and it did.

Make sure to boot in UEFI mode (not Legacy), disconnect all other memory devices, SD cards etc, docking stations or adapters that are not needed. If it does not help, and you feel up to it, disable SATA or all non USB storage devices or BUSes in BIOS. This is not supported by Red Hat and may be risky, if you do not know what you are doing. At your own risk only.
Better use a different computer. There is nothing to be done here.
