Red Hat Exam ISO not booting.

Red Hat exam boot iso doesnt boot at all, the current one just gets stuck in "copying to RAM" and older one just go black.

Why Red Hat is not updating the ISO, i am seeing so many complaints online regarding the same.

 My laptop comes with Ryzen 7 5800H with no D-Gpu so no its not issue of nvidia. and its already 1 yr old.

If it was 1 month old laptop it was understandable but more than an year old laptop not supporting is bad.

Planning for RHCSA soon but cant go like this. i live alone distance from family, friends, cant borrow.

Please update the ISO as soon as possible so me and others users can give the exam.

Unfortunately this is a very well known issue; these forums are rife with threads and messages about this issue. 

In general, Red Hat's guidance is: disable all security measures which might prevent a non-standard OS from booting, or try an alternative device.

The official exam ebook does not state anything about using a USB microphone or headset.

yes thats why i am requesting Red Hat team to update the ISO as soon as possible as it has been causing problem for many.

yes i have disabled Secure Boot, i use linux as primary so i dont keep these stuffs enabled anyway.

Sorry, I have to disagree. 
the Remote exam is an option for those, who do not want to sign up at the exam center.
The exam ISO runs on almost everything. Of course, no operating system can run on every computer one may have. Gaming devices, tablet combos, and new models may have issues. Older computers are still cheap and available, easy to get. If you lock your computer to avoid booting from anything else than the Internal drive, naturally you need to disable this security. It is out of Red Hat's scope. Regarding the mic, you are wrong, the mic requirement is listed on page 3 of the manual. It is up to you to have a working mic. Somebody just tried to help you suggesting the USB version when the internal one did not work.

The exam ISO doesn't run, period. The older version (6 years old) ran, but it can''t be used anymore. 

I tried difeerent USB drivers, different methods of creating the bootable USB (Fedora Media Writer, dd) different computers, old and new. Nothing works.  As somebody else mentioned, this site is full of this issue. No help though.

I've tested my three laptops. All of them had problems. 

So, I finally bought a cheap mini PC with Intel processor, but neither the latest iso nor rhrexboot-2020-08.iso didn't work with the mini PC.

The latest iso is dated 20220719, this is more than a year ago.
I already wasted a lot of time and some money before taking exam, but still I hope Red Hat update the iso.

I have to say Red Hat should put a warnng on its purchasing page for those who are considering choosing a remote exam.

New iso same result: it doesn't boot. I have no choice but to cancel the exam. 

Hey Red Hat, is this your way of pushing people to the testing center? Just cancel the remote exams if you don't want us to be able to get into the exam environment.
