Deleting cookies for rol.redhat.com/rol/app did the trick, and the Catalog is now accessible.
Able to open Catalog links and reach Enroll options.

Confirmed that even with global search showing Exams returned in search for example not able to clock on the link or expand the description for each Exam returned.
