Red Hat exam issue

I coudn’t get past the log in screen.
I used the latest ISO and also a 2020 version.

The latest iso is stuck after accepting the privacy statement. “Waiting on consent.trustarc.com”

The old iso is stuck connecting to id.redhat.com

I tried multiple times, keep getting stuck at log in.

Is the environment down?
I’m sure it’s not my computer as I already used this in two previous exams.
Network looks fine as well.

Same for me. I've an exam scheduled in 2 days and I don't know if I should reschedule or keep the fingers crossed hoping for good luck on the exam day.

Any hints from RH?

I ended up rescheduling my exam instead.
It seems that it's still not fixed today.

I opened a ticket with Red Hat Training Support. They said that they're experiencing a global outage and that the concerned team is working on it. No ETA though.

In general, there were a lot of global outages during the last few weeks, in regards of lab command (start/finish), and in regards of the enviroment itself (unable to start the lab hosts, or to build them).

I also opened an incident, I hope I'll get a solution until tomorrow evening, so I can take my exam on Thursday.

the remote exam stuck after login and got "wating for consent.trustarc.com".  If I change the ISP, then it starting working.  seems to be ISP related issue rather than redhat.
