Redhat is currently having an issue with the login process. Confirmed. Keep rebooting, the proctors will wait 30 minutes longer. In case you cannot log in, raise the ticket at https://rhtapps.redhat.com/comments
They might call you if you are late. Repeated reboot helps but the result is random, sometimes, you need to reboot many times to get in.
I have myself faced this multiple times in the last week too.
I think the exam team is aware of the issue and they are working on it. If your exam was impacted , please raise a support case to them and they will help you on the same.

I am also facing the same problem. Login screen is stuck at content.trustarc.com and does not proceed further. Tried multiple times but still the same result. I have my exam in 5 days. Is there any official communication from Redhat for this issue ? Do I wait until the exam date ?
Please try to boot multiple times through the ISO ( well before your exam time starts ). Many learners have confirmed that they were able to access the exam after multiple retries.
Also the exam team will call you if you did not appear on time. You can explain them if you are facing any issues and they will help you.

I cancelled the exam as there is no gaurenteed sucess of exam login. It is happening for me all the time. I tried 25 times but no luck. Is it happening for only remote exam? how about class room exam?

I will still suggest to contact exam support team beofe cancelling and then proceed as per their advice/suggestions.
I think this is happening only for Remote Exams and AFAIK they are already working on it.
Please raise a ticket/chat with them for an official support assistance.
The Remote Exam being stuck at the login screen "redirecting" happened to me twice last week. After the second reboot and waiting for maybe 2 minutes for the redirect it finally worked. I did not need to change my network setup.
