Hi!
Anyone here had success with AMD processor ?
In below pdf, Red Hat says many intel ... what about AMD ?
System requirements
- Computer: You will need a computer with a single active monitor. Red Hat supports
many Intel-compatible X86_64-bit architecture computers.

When I tried compatibility test on my AMD Laptop, even after 1 hours it just hangs at 100%, same USB stick I tried on intel machine it works! unfortunately intel machine is having some other problem, so I can't use for exams.
Please refer my post for more details.

I have tested with 2 machines. Lenovo T470s and pretty new ryzen clone pc with decents specs. Stucked on 100%. Redhat what kind of machines we have to use please ? This is very annoining.
Really true, got enough resources but still can't give exams on this!
Below one is my specs.

This old image worked with my lenovo t470s laptop.
Does anyone know if this image is valid for certification exam ?
OLD image is not working on my laptop, even with nomodeset
The old ISO is still valid to run the Exam, if you pass the compatibility test with it
There some reported issues with AMD Ryzen and Nvidia cards. Better use a different computer
No luck with latest build even.. I am helpless
What computer model exactly do you have? I believe the next releases of the ISO should have better support for AMD chipsets
