Has anyone encountered issues renewing their Red Hat certification? I pursued the Red Hat Professional Certificate EX415 to maintain the validity of my Red Hat exams. Unfortunately, my initial attempt was unsuccessful. For the retake, the only available appointment was one day after the expiration of my certification. I received the results a day after this expiration date, is there a grace period ? how to get out of his dilema ? I wanted to continue on my RHCA path instead of taking RHCSA and RHCE again. I opened a ticket with Redhat but also wanted to see if the community had been through this before and have any suggestions on who to contact to fix this issue
Hello @allamiro !
If you meant that you cleared the EX415 or any specialist exam for the RHCA level certification after your RHCE was expired - then there is no grace period as such.
For an active RHCA - you must have an active RHCE.
That means you will have to renew the RHCE ( and RHCSA too if it is expired )!

Event if its two days after the expiration date it was very difficult to find appointment for remote exams some times I have also completed the training for that certificate prior to that does that count for CEUs does Redhat allow to use RHEL training for CEUs ?
No @allamiro , training does not count for exam certs.
