Having more than 4 years of experience in RHEL, Is RHCSA mandatory for the EX280 exam?

Thanks contact us. In short, No. You don't have to pass RHCSA to get OpenShift Specialist certification.

EX280 Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator exam

As above, RHCSA is just recomended for the exam.
