Report shows "invalid date" for an scheduled exam

Jump to solution

Hello,

I have an exam EX280V42K which is planned for tomorrow in a testing center in France. I received the confirmation when I scheduled it but, while I was looking at my reports in the Redhat Learning Suscription site (https://rol.redhat.com/rol/app/reports), I can see the message "Invalid date" for this exam.
I called the testing center and, for now, they are not able to say why I get this message.
I'm not able to reach any phone number listed at https://www.redhat.com/en/services/training-and-certification/contact-us#tab.locations.1 (nobody answers).

Could it be because the course for this exam is no more available? My exam is for OpenShift 4.2 and the corresponding course has been replaced by the one for OpenShift 4.5.

Could it be because RH thinks that the testing center is closed/not available at the planned date?

In any case, I did not received any message from redHat saying there's an issue with my exam but, it would be fine to know if I really need to go to the testing center and also avoid losing 1 exam or retake.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the feedback. I've been contacted by RedHat certification team and it seems that the issue in only on the report page, i.e. only a display issue.
