I didn’t know that it was considered as a delivered exam if I cancel it less than 24 hours.I have prepared for the exam over 1 year time and it was frustrating to hear I lost the chance to sit for the exam without even facing it.I brought standard redhat learning subscription so still have 3 exam to go.Please be kind enough to forward my request to someone in redhat who can consider my situation and let me reschedule the exam.I request redhat to fix to not the user to cancel the exam if it is less than 24 hours.what the use of letting the user to cancel the exam if it getting expired?.I am a redhat certified engineer who trying to update my certification in to rca.I hope redhat will understand my situation and give me a chance to reschedule my exam thank you.
