Requirements to become a Red Hat training instructor

Hello,

I am wondering what are the requirements to be a Red Hat training instructor ?

I will guess that surely one should be a current certificates holder on the courses taught.
Maybe also, to be allowed by Red Hat and employed by a recognized training center.
What else?

I am the one who started this discussion.

I must admit that so far, I have not found an official Red Hat Training Partner that accepted to vouch for me so I can enroll for the required RH310.

I have been in some official Red Hat Training Centers and I did not succeed to have a conversation with a person in charge (like the training manager).

I have not given up yet. But I shifted my focus elsewhere, for the moment.
