I have an exam on 31/08/2021 I will not be able to attend because I have an emergency case. Please, I would like to reschedule my exam.

I think the best way you can get this resolved is by contacting Red Hat support. I think it's pretty late for you to cancel but nonetheless, contact Red Hat support regarding this.
